About Me
I am Lisa, a compassionate counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in addiction and supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma and life challenges.
I have been a counsellor for 6 years. My qualifications are an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theories, and I am NCPS registered.
To me, therapy is about building a real bond. I am dedicated to walking by your side through life's heavier moments, helping you find your way back to yourself with patience and heartfelt support.

How long do the sessions last?
Each online counselling session lasts 50 minutes and costs £55.
